Inmates learned Michael Jackson choreography – check the impressive result

The video of the inmates in the Philippine prison has impressed millions.

If you want to learn choreography, Michael Jackson may not be the easiest dancer to imitate. But with countless hours of training and the right guidance, you can be surprised at what you can learn.

In the Philippine prison Cebu Provincial Detention and Rehabilitation Center, something extraordinary happened a few years ago.

Travis Payne, who for many years worked as one of Michael Jackson’s choreographers, wanted to try his hand at an experiment. Together with dancers Daniel Celebre and Dres Reid from the documentary «This Is It», he visited the prison with the aim of teaching the inmates to dance.

And after weeks of training, many hours every day, it was a fantastic result.

Now we know nothing about how it later went with the inmates who participated in this project, but that the time with practicing must have been rewarding and healthy, there is little doubt.

The fantastic result of all the training has been uploaded on Youtube, and at the time of writing, over 36 million people have seen it.

Take a look at the video below and feel free to share it if you were impressed!
